Jennifer Wing

Jennifer’s Family Law Practice focuses on litigation involving dissolutions, parenting plans/child custody, child support, relocations, modifications, paternity, college support, spousal maintenance, non-parental custody, military law and pre and post nuptial agreements.

Jennifer’s involvement in her husband’s nearly thirty year military career in the United States Army assists her in understanding the nuances of military life such as permanent change of station, leave and earnings, survivor benefits, pensions, and other military issues. Her real estate experience allows her to address real property issues that often arise in the context of dissolution cases. These may include zoning, land use and title issues as well as easement, leasing, boundary issues and other real property subjects.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and Australian Labradoodle. She enjoys the outdoors, golfing, reading, movies and watching her children’s sporting activities.

Julie Lawless

Haley is passionate about assisting her clients during difficult times in life as they navigate through the stages of the litigation across various family law matters. Haley first discovered her affinity for family law while working as an extern for Honorable Commissioner Diana Kiesel at Pierce County Superior Court. Haley is a diligent advocate and enjoys resolving the legal issues unique to each client in her practice.

After graduating from Santa Clara University, Haley returned home to the Tacoma area, where she was born and raised. In her spare time, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband and fellow Bellarmine alum, Michael and their son, Lucas.

Julie Lawless

Julie has over thirty years of law firm experience and has been a family law paralegal for the past eighteen years.  Her background includes work in family law matters at all stages of litigation, as well as mediations, civil litigation in both superior court and federal court, appellate law and real estate.  Julie brings professionalism, skill and sensitivity to all family law cases. 

As a Tacoma native, Julie has deep family roots in the area and a strong connection to the Pacific Northwest.  Away from the office, she enjoys painting, interior design, being outside, preferably around a campfire, and spending time with her two sons and golden retrievers.

Julie Lawless

Julie originally worked in education until making a career change to work in the legal field in 2015. Julie enjoys helping clients navigate the often difficult process of divorce and other family law matters, and feels very fortunate to work with such a professional and caring team.

Born and raised in Tacoma, Julie now lives in Puyallup with her husband, two sons, and dog, Benji. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Sonia is the first person clients speak with when they call and see when they come into the office. She has worked in the legal profession for over 20 years and loves working with clients.

When Sonia is not at work she enjoys pilates, running, & cooking while watching football with her family.
